Inhalon Biopharma Presented an Update on IN-002, an Inhaled Antibody Treatment for RSV, at RSVVW 2026

Company selected to deliver oral presentation and poster showcasing preclinical data for first-in-class inhaled monoclonal antibody platform against RSV

Durham, North Carolina, February 19, 2026 — Inhalon Biopharma (Inhalon), a clinical-stage company advancing a first-in-class inhaled antibody platform for treating acute respiratory infections (ARI), today announced that its founder and chief scientific officer, Sam Lai, PhD, delivered a podium presentation on the company’s IN-002 program at RSVVW 2026, the 9th conference of the Respiratory Syncytial Virus Foundation (ReSViNET), held in Rome, Italy.

Inhalon Biopharma is developing inhaled antibody therapeutics as potential treatments for a range of acute respiratory infections, such as respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), SARS-CoV-2, human metapneumovirus (hMPV), and influenza.

The company’s platform delivers proprietary muco-trapping monoclonal antibodies directly to the airways via a handheld nebulizer, physically crosslinking respiratory viruses to secreted airway mucins and physically eliminating the viruses from the lung through the natural mucus clearance. In a Phase 1b clinical trial, inhaled dosing achieved vastly superior delivery to all parts of the respiratory tract compared to intravenous administration, validating Inhalon's core premise and vision to transform care for respiratory infections by enabling safe, effective, convenient, self-administered, outpatient treatments.

Presentation:  Clinical and preclinical development supporting IN-002 as the first inhaled monoclonal antibody treatment for RSV

Speaker:  Sam Lai, PhD, Founder and CSO

Session:  February 29, 2026, 10:00 a.m. CET
